Incident Tracking Gets A New Look

Fairfield, PA – This fall, users will have the opportunity to start using a new interface when using the Incident Tracking and Reporting application from 1RISK as the company launches a redesign of the application.

The Incident Tracking & Reporting application was first developed back in 2012 and has since become one of the flagship products for the company. The application allows operations to capture all of the necessary information to file incident reports within one easy-to-use platform. Resorts can then use the information to track and analyze incidents.

One of the primary new features that clients will experience is a more mobile-friendly interface making the application easier to take on-the-go. Another new cornerstone feature is the ability for users to work offline while they are in remote areas, the data they input will then sync when the device reaches wifi range.

1RISK is also looking ahead to future enhancements that will allow operations to have seasonal versions of their application with reports and forms specific to their wintertime operations and summertime operation season in the summer months for example. This functionality will be available in the Summer of 2019.

Current users will not be required to do anything in order to take advantage of the new features, they will also not experience any type of disruption to their service.

1RISK provides a suite of applications that allow resorts and businesses to track, analyze and mitigate risk regarding customer and workplace incidents. Resorts, businesses, industry groups, and insurance providers are able to share and compare statistics across an industry and use 1RISK solutions to reduce the frequency and severity of incidents over time.
