1RISK has recently released its new Dispatch application to its suite of cloud-based risk management data solutions. To be used as a complement to the Incident Tracking tool, Dispatch keeps track of accidents and other first-responder type of events, as well as functionality to use the 1RISK Data Feed service to update lift and trail status to a resort’s website in real-time.
“Dispatch really was a natural progression from our most-used software, Incident Tracking and Investigation,” said Charles Mickley, Business Relationship Director. “By providing a tool like Dispatch that records the ‘dispatching’ of resources, and real-time updates of lift and trail status, we’ve given our clients a whole new level of electronic data tracking and management.”
A “Dispatch” can be one of three pieces of information- a dispatch record, a lift update, or a trail update. If a Dispatch record is an occurrence that involves an injured person, that person’s record will automatically transfer into the 1RISK Incident Tracking system. Since the two systems talk to each other, first responders, first aid and patrol staff can easily continue with the input of patient data once the person has been moved from the scene of the accident and into a first-aid clinic. At the end of the day, there is a thorough record of the occurrence, complete with time-stamped activity along the incident path, from first response to release of care.
All of the 1RISK software applications are built for consistent, uniform data collection, giving real-time statistics and information at the click of a mouse or tap of finger. While each application can be used independently of one another, all the programs allow for easy integration across the 1RISK platform. The dashboard reporting gives a client a more defined snapshot of its current risk areas, allowing for a timely response to trends and any developing situations.
