Learning Management Software

We are pleased to announce our latest software development; Learning Management Systems (LMS), due for release this June. If you are attending the NSAA Conference next week, we encourage you stop by for a demonstration.

LMS will allow operations to develop, assign and manage multiple training programs for their staff at the corporate, resort, department and/or team level. From the administrative console, you can assign trainings to specific employee teams, send notifications to employees when a new required training becomes available, track who has completed trainings along with who has and hasn’t passed the required quizzes or tests.

The application will be available for your staff to download from the App Store for both iOS and Android platforms. With LMS your staff can watch training videos or download training materials and take quiz/tests, using their phone, tablet or desktop computer. Once a course is complete staff members will receive the appropriate certifications.

If you have courses that must be completed in a specific order, trainings can be designed to become accessible only once the test before it has been completed & passed.
