A. Upload preconfigured forms from JSON files.

B. Take our 1Forms Designer course and get Designer Certified, then start building your own forms.

1Forms Designers can drag-and-drop form elements to build custom form.

Customizable form elements include Text fields, Checkboxes, Select Values, Location Selectors, Signature fields, and more.

Viewing data depends on how you intend on using your forms. 

1Forms standalone users can view, sort, filter, export, and edit data using the 1Forms Query Tool.

IMS users can add forms to 1RISK's Incident Management System (IMS) to build custom Incident reports and view and edit data in the app.
