Incident Management System (IMS)

A New Standard in Managing Incident Data

Build custom Incident Types

Using our 1Forms technology, configure and combine forms to build custom Incident Types. Organize your Incident Layout and map your Workflow to suit your needs.

Multi-Entry Forms

Send forms for others to complete using our new Multi-Entry form "Assign" function. Send a form to the Rentals Department to capture guest equipment information, or send a form to an Incident responder or witness to capture statements.

easily enter and Store Data

Entering data into Incident reports could not be easier and more effective with a customized design layout created by you, the user. Capture and store incident data digitally and save paper.

DISPATCH Integration

Transfer data from Dispatch Command to IMS with the push of a button. Link fields like age, gender, and injury to accurately carry over data to an incident report, saving you time when it matters most.

Search for Incidents

Quickly find the Incident records you need with our robust search and filter options.

RFID INTEGRATION

Scan guest passes to quickly and efficiently input data using RFID technology. Coming soon!

How it Works
1RISK’s all new Incident Management System (IMS) is the new standard for capturing and configuring  incident data.

Configuration of Incident Types:

      • 1RISK’s new IMS uses 1RISK’s 1Forms technology to design and configure forms for use in IMS for Incident Types.

    Searching for Incidents:

        • IMS Search and Filter page allows users to search for Incidents quickly and filter if necessary.

Entering data into Incident Reports is now more flexible and powerful than ever.

          • Entering data into Incident reports could not be easier and more effective with a customized design layout created by you, the user.

          • Below is just an example of what an initial screen layout consists of.  Note the Added Date/Time, Added by User, AutoSave() function, Report button, Log button, Manual Save button, and Workflow button (Submit For Review).  Also displays the current Status of the Incident (New Incident).

            • Multi-Entry Forms –  with ability to “Assign” a form to a person to complete.  When you “Assign” a form, you can assign it to an internal staff member (Additional Responders or other Operations staff) or it can be sent to an external person to complete like a Witness.

            • Below are some examples for Multi-Entry forms that can be completed by the User or Assigned to another staff member or external person.

This form is an example of when you Assign a form to someone to complete.

Exporting and Reporting on Incident Data

              • Exporting and Reporting on Incident data is even easier now by allowing you to select the Date Range, Incident Type, and then all of the forms that make up and Incident Type.  Then export to Excel allows operations to analyze data over multiple aspects.

            Incident Map View

                • With 1RISK’s new Incident Map view, it is easier than ever to view Incident Data with a map overlay via MapBox maps.  With this view you can see a series of incidents and where they occurred on a GEO map based on Date Range and Incident Type.  You can also hotlink to a particular incident by selecting the Incident Number.

              Incident Type Configuration

In addition to completely customizing each Incident Type Form Design Layout, the Configuration of each Incident Type within IMS is extremely powerful.

IMS consists of several new configuration options.

                  • Layout – Layout consists of the configuration of Forms that have been previously configured via 1Forms.

                    • Workflow – Workflow is a unique configuration that allows the user to create different Workflows for each Incident Type.  The workflow is how the Incident makes its way through the operation’s business flow.  As you can see below, this is a 3 Step Workflow.
                        • 1 – Created (Initial part of Workflow)

                        • 2 – Shift Supervisor Review

                        • 3 – Crew Chief Review

                        • 4 – Risk Manager Review or Complete (Final part of Workflow)

                    • Attributes – Attributes is a unique configuration that allows IMS to communicate with other applications such as 1RISK’s Dispatch Management.  Attributes is a translation component that explains to the software how it should handle receiving data from other applications.  It then tells the Incident Form which fields to use when it populates them, b/c everyone can create Incident Forms differently.

                    • Access – Access is a new feature of IMS that 1RISK’s previous Incident Reporting system did not contain and has been a very requested new feature.  It allows operations to Secure each type of Incident Type and Restrict access if need be.  There are 2 levels of access:
                        • Open – All users and groups have full access to the Incident Type

                        • Restricted – This now restricts user and groups to specific User and Groups.

                    • Reports – The Reports section allows operations to create & configure “Canned” reports that can be called upon once in an Incident and used for automated Report selection.  If Reports are prev created and configured once in an Incident, the user can always run an “Ad-Hoc” Incident Report.
                        • In the example below, we see 3 reports that have been already created and would be available when ready to print/export an Incident Report.

                    • Notifications – Notifications is a configurable way to allow Operations to notify users or groups based on Workflow Stage, Events and Field Conditions that something happened.
                        • In the example below, the Workflow State = Created, meaning when an Incident gets Created.  But, it is also when the Incident gets Saved, so Created+Saved triggers the Action.  It also adds the flexibility of Per Field Conditions, in the example below, if when the Incidenty Type = Injury Related AND Activity = Mountain Biking.  You can also configure “OR” events.

                        • So, this Notification combination is: Stage = Created + Event = Saved + Incident Type = Injury Related + Activity = Mountain Biking.  If all of these are True, Email “Charlie’s Dispatch Group” a Notification: (There has been an Injury Related Mountain Bike Incident)

                    • Integrations – Pass Media RFID lookup to retrieve Guest information from various POS integrations.

                  •
                    • Versions – IMS contains the ability to “Version” each iteration change of an Incident Type via “Versions”.
                        • In the below example, there have been 6 Previous versions that are now Inactive.  There is 1 Active version, and there is a corresponding Published date.  Because of potential changes over time and reporting data, 1RISK tracks the version of each change made to an Incident Type.
