Through our many years of experience in the adventure industry, we have been able to create pre-configured courses that are ready for you to customize and adapt to your operation.

All Staff Training

The All Staff Training course is created for new and returning employees at your operation to complete. This course covers basic topics such as professionalism, operation policies, special discounts, and job position priorities.

Terrain Park Training

The Terrain Park Training course is designed specifically for your terrain park team. This course highlights aspects such as dress code, attendant responsibilities, terrain park language, and park safety.

Tubing Training

The Tubing Training course is specialized for your tubing employees. When your employees complete this course, they will be equipped with knowledge of snow tubing rules and regulations, carpet lift operating guidelines, and fire extinguisher safety.

Rental Department Training

The Rental Department Training course is built for your rental shop employees. This course combines all of the necessary knowledge that your rental shop employees will need to do their job properly. Rental Shop employees will learn how to fit rental boots, select the proper ski and snowboard sizes for a guest, and make adjustments to those skis and snowboards.

Lift Operations Training

The Lift Operations Training course is geared toward your Lift operations employees. After completing this course, your lift operators and attendants will know the responsibilities, expectations, and safety protocols for loading and unloading guests on your lifts.

Snow Sports School Training

The Snow Sports School Training course is designed for your operations ski and snowboard school employees. Your employees will learn about snow sports risk management, instructor precautions, cold weather protection, and guest safety.
