1. DOWNLOAD THE APP
Using your smart phone or tablet you can download the Workplace app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store for free.

2. LOG IN

Log in using the credentials sent to you by your supervisor. Enable push notifications to receive notifications when new lessons become available, when you’re test results are in and to receive reminders.

3. START LEARNING

Your dashboard will show you all of the programs and courses available to you.

The Workplace Mobile dashboard and courses are designed to allow for optimal navigation for your team and staff.

RECEIVE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

The notification panel is where staff will receive information about courses, programs, due dates on a course along with certification information and much more.

REVIEW GRADES AND RE-ENGAGE CONTENT

Employees can view their graded activities at any time. They can view an individual graded activity or all graded activities for multiple courses.

WORK OFFLINE

Staff have the ability to download the entire course in order to view its content while offline. This allows your staff to complete any courses while disconnected from the internet.

ISSUE CERTIFICATES

When employees have completed their necessary trainings, Admins can manually or automatically issue certifications which are essentially a marker of completion in the Workplace system. Certifications can be configured to expire and require renewing based on the Admin’s timeline and criteria.
